Estimated production and delivery lead time is generally 14–28 days after advance payment, depending on the design, size, customisation requirements and current production schedule. Islandwide delivery is available. Delivery charges, free delivery or a partial delivery contribution are determined according to the delivery distance, order quantity/value and site access, and will be confirmed before the order is finalised. Delivery dates may vary due to order requirements and unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty: The applicable warranty period and coverage will be stated on the final invoice, and the original invoice must be produced for every warranty claim. Subject to inspection, furniture warranty coverage is limited to verified insect damage originating in the supplied timber and structural damage resulting from natural timber cracks. It does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations in timber grain or colour, scratches, dents, stains, water/moisture or fire damage, misuse, accidents, improper handling, relocation, unauthorised repairs or alterations, or damage caused by children or pets. Electrical components are covered under the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty and may be repaired or replaced following inspection.
