Estimated production and delivery lead time: 14–28 days after advance payment, depending on design, dimensions, customisation and production schedule. Islandwide delivery is available subject to terms. Transport may be free, partially subsidised or charged according to delivery distance, access conditions, order quantity and total order value; the final arrangement must be confirmed before the order.
This wardrobe includes a five-year warranty calculated from the delivery date shown on the original invoice. The original invoice must be produced for every claim. Alankara Homes may request clear photographs or video and a physical inspection before accepting a claim. Coverage is limited to verified insect damage originating in the supplied timber, structural failure caused by natural timber cracks and confirmed manufacturing defects. Submission of a claim does not automatically confirm warranty approval; the remedy will be decided after technical assessment, subject to the warranty terms and applicable Sri Lankan consumer rights. Natural timber grain and colour variation, normal wear, scratches, dents, stains, water or moisture damage, fire, misuse, accidents, improper handling, relocation, unauthorised repairs or alterations, and damage caused by children or pets are not covered. Any lighting or electrical component is subject to the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty.
